"Shuffleboard Fun!" sign on the side of our Cue House". | Shuffleboard Fun!C/M Shuffleboard Club offers a wide variety of outdoor shuffleboard play, with an emphasis on having fun and meeting other members. The cub is located on historic Flagler Avenue, in an area of attractive shops and other entertainment, and of course, the beaches!
If you are a new player, you will have a free lesson, and with the experience of daily play, you will learn strategy, and build your skill, and have fun at the same time! Daily play is organized so that you will play with a wide variety of other club members. No partner is necessary. Experienced players will enjoy the league play and tournaments that are organized throughout the year. From mid-October through April we start play at 1:30 PM every afternoon except Sundays. Membership cost is only $20.00 per year, and includes club social activities such as pot luck dinners, and fun events. Many of our members also participate in a weekly evening cribbage competition.

A Great Partnership:C/M Shuffleboard Club is delighted to be able to play on shuffleboard courts provided by the City of New Smyrna Beach. The courts are basically a public facility, and the City does the heavy work. Club members participate in ongoing maintenance to keep the courts in top shape. A Brief Introduction:The sport of Shuffleboard combines skill and strategy (and for some of us, luck). Players try to score points by shoving their own disk down a 39 foot court to come to rest in a marked scoring area. Players also attempt to prevent their opponent from scoring by knocking off the opponent's good disks, or by blocking opportunities to score. Shuffleboard is unique in that it is possible for a player to take points away from their opponent by bumping the opponent's disk into the "10-off" scoring area. Shuffleboard play therefore involves offensive and defensive decision-making. There is lots more information available. See The Game in the top menu. "Shuffleboard
